Question: How many people can Ballroom 20 seat at the San Diego Comic-Con?
I’m wanting to go to the Game of Thrones panel at this years 2011 Comic-Con which is located in Ballroom 20. I would like to get an idea of how many this room seats so that I can estimate how early to get in line. Does anyone know how many seats ballroom 20 holds? And where is it located?

Ballroom 20 seats 4,250

It is located on the upper level next to the sails pavilion. Here is a map from 2008, go to the last page for the layout: http://www.comic-con.org/cci2008/forms/cci08_convctrmap.pdf (note: The lines & configuration inside ballroom 20 listed in this map have changed)

I would recommend you get in line for the Game of Thrones (3pm) panel before Noon (maybe even be in line by 11am). If you want a great seat get in line by 7am and enjoy the rest of the panels.

Question: How much does a San Diego Comic-Con Ticket cost?
I’m planning on going next year to the San Diego Comic-Con, and I’m just curious, what is the ticket price? The convention’s website says “Sold Out” on tickets and packages and hence no prices are posted so please don’t forward me to the site.

it depends on when you register. the earlier you register, the cheaper it is. if you buy at the 2010 con for 2011, 4 day passes are $ 105, thus-sat are $ 37 each day, sun is $ 20. prices will likely go up when they are available online.

Question: What are some of the good online communities for san diego Comic Con? I am looking for forums, discussion,etc?
Most cons have a official forum, but cannot find one(somes) for comic con. Thx.

Comic-Con does not have a its own forum, so your best option is to just browse for an online discussion board that looks interesting to you.
